REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY

  • 1- All packages are strictly non-refundable once activated.
  • 2- In cases of verified job loss or critical illness reported within 7 days of purchase, a partial refund (up to 80%) may be approved by management.
  • 3- Advance or token payments are non-refundable under all circumstances.
  • 4- Refunds, if approved, shall be processed within 90–120 working days and credited to the same mode and source through which the client made the payment to the company.
  • 5- Once a refund is processed, no further claims or correspondence shall be entertained.
